Brandon

Co-Founder & Director

Brandon Co-Founded Intuitive Edge after graduating The University of Chichester with a degree in business and marketing.

A keen sportsman from age 5, with cricket, rugby, and golf at the top of the list, the combination of running a business and working in sport is a 14 year old Brandon’s dream come true.

Working in golf for almost half his life, Brandon has a strong understanding of both the industry and sales and marketing within it, and has been a driving force in Intuitive Edge supporting well over 100 golf clubs across the UK, Ireland, Abu Dhabi and New Zealand.

Josh

Director

Josh joined Intuitive Edge in 2019 as an Account Manager after several years working with the Operations team at Golf At Goodwood.

His keen eye for detail, operations, and marketing nouse propelled him to the role of Director in 2023.

President of the University of Chichester golf team and a true lover of the game, over the last 6 years Josh has been Intuitive’s lead for a wide range of golf clubs, from small local members clubs to DP World Tour venues.

Kate

Marketing Manager

Kate joined Intuitive Edge in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from working with multinational brands in the leisure and wellness sectors.

As Marketing Manager, she thrives on creating campaigns that connect strategy with standout ideas, engaging audiences and driving results.

Since joining the team, she has immersed herself in a ‘Get Into Golf’ programme and can be found practising her swing with colleagues on the “Break 60” challenge!

Mat

Senior Sales Executive

Mat has been passionate about sport all of his life, and started playing golf in his early teens. These days he holds a handicap of 0.6, and joined Intuitive Edge in 2023 as a Sales Executive.

With impeccable interpersonal skills and a drive to help people, he has been instrumental in the growth and success of IE’s sales devision in recent years.

He takes pride in providing every one of our clients’ leads with the high quality customer care that they deserve, and his love of golf and meticulous attention to detail means he delivers that time and again.

Laura

Marketing Executive

Laura works across content and campaigns at Intuitive Edge, helping golf clubs showcase what they have to offer in a modern, engaging way.

With a background in marketing and a lifelong love of sport, she enjoys combining creative ideas with practical strategy to help clubs connect with the right people. From social content to ad creative, Laura supports clients with marketing that feels natural, current, and effective.

Alastair

Account Executive

Having worked at Intuitive Edge since 2016, Alastair has extensive knowledge of the processes & best practices within the golf marketing space.

A keen sportsman from a young age, working in the golf industry has proved to be as rewarding as it is enjoyable.

Alastair provides support for our clients, being on hand to ensure strategies are delivering results, answer any questions & develop new exciting initiatives.

Harriet

Freelance Golf Copywriter

A keen golfer and travel enthusiast, Harriet provides a wealth of experience from the golf industry combined with expert writing skills, and has been involved with Intuitive since 2022.

Mayia

Chief Morale Officer

Having joined the team in July 2023, Mayia brings enthusiasm, warmth, and unwavering positivity to everything she does. Her core responsibilities include overly enthusiastic personal greetings, boosting spirits with expert-level tail wags, and taste testing each of the team’s lunches.

When she’s not on duty, Mayia enjoys swimming, chasing birds & taking well-earned naps.
